Account deletion
You may request deletion of your entire Heard account and associated personal information. During beta, email heardappsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Heard Account Deletion Request” and identify the account you want deleted. Heard may request reasonable verification before processing the request.
Deletion includes account information and associated user-generated content, such as reviews, photographs, posts, and messages, except information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or technical backup purposes. Content copied or independently retained by another user may remain outside Heard’s control.
The public App Store release is intended to include an in-app method to initiate account deletion. This support process remains available for beta users and privacy requests.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision, email heardappsupport@gmail.com. Describe the request and the account involved. Do not email passwords or unnecessary health information.
Accessibility support
If a part of Heard or the website is difficult to use with assistive technology, contact Heard by email or phone and describe the barrier, device, iOS version, and assistive technology used. See the Accessibility Statement.
Safety
Heard is not an emergency, medical, allergy, payment, or transportation service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services. Confirm allergens and ingredients directly with the restaurant.
